Phineas and Pete founded Glass Owl Media with a shared vision — to create truly exceptional video marketing solutions for realtors.

Phineas started his career in real estate sales, where he worked for 5 years before taking over as creative director at his brokerage. In that capacity he ran video marketing for a team of over 100 agents, using his previous sales experience to bring a unique perspective, and real results for his brokerage. In 2026, he left that position to found Glass Owl Media with his longtime friend, Peter, who had a strong background in photography and video editing. They came to Bend Oregon with a mission to create some of the best video marketing in the business.

Glass Owl Media proudly serves realtors throughout Central Oregon and is available for travel work in the surrounding areas and beyond. Phineas and Peter take a personalized approach to every client — producing content tailored to that agent’s personal brand and marketing goals. With a shared passion for cinematic storytelling, and intimate knowledge of the real estate industry, they produce unrivaled media solutions for real estate professionals.
